Sage rides western with a tom thumb bit. She does very well under saddle, with no spooking, bucking or rearing. She neck reins and responds to leg pressure very well. She has been ridden in the neighborhood behind our pastures as well as on the trails at Jack Brooks. She is not crazy about mud however she will go through it. She is suitable for an advanced beginner/intermediate rider. She is a small girl so the rider needs to be 160 pounds or less. She loves baths, loads, ties and stands for the farrier. No bad habits. Sage is such a great ride. Very easy to steer and willing to do whatever is asked of her. Plenty of energy but is easy to slow down. Call to learn more about this special gal!
