He is a big boy – a handsome black Quarter Horse ready for adoption: Majesty

Both in bearing and in size – his name certainly fits, meet Majesty.

At 16 hands high, he is a big enough for many riders. He has excellent ground manners, except for being a bit pushy when lead out of his stall. Majesty has good riding skills – he will make a great pleasure horse. He is getting a bit up there in years, but he is in excellent health and really enjoys being ridden. Plenty of horses are able to be ridden for many years into their twenties. On a recent ride by our trainer (May 6th 2015), she rode him Western. Walk, trot, canter, back-up just fine. Direct reigns. Walked over logs and allowed her to open 2 gates and close 1. She plans to try him in English gear soon. Majesty accepts the bit, saddling, cinching with no issues. The only real issue Majesty has is with mares who have recently foaled. He will need to be kept separated from them.

Be sure to give us a call to set up a time to come see Majesty. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8AM – 4PM.
