Our class is a highly recommended course on the basics of horse care designed for those who want to volunteer at HfH, those who are thinking of buying or adopting a horse or people who simply want to learn more about horses through an intense "hands-on" experience. Learn more >>

Equine Education
Every Saturday, when the weather's okay, we hold classes on nutrition, hoof care, dental care, safety, cleaning stalls, grooming, the whole works. A full course is four Saturdays with a certificate at the end, if you graduate. Learn more >>

Sanctuary Donations
You may place your horse in our sanctuary. Sanctuary horses are never subject to adoption. Learn more >>

Education & Outreach
