True horsemanship starts long before your foot goes in the stirrup. As any horse person will tell you, riding is a reward for the many hours spent on the daily upkeep and maintenance of a horse.
Our class is a highly recommended course on the basics of horse care designed for those who want to volunteer at HFH, those who are thinking of buying or adopting a horse or people who simply want to learn more about horses through an intense "hands-on" experience.
