Felony charges have now been filed against Dorian Ayache, the owner of a Wilson County trucking company that was hauling horses to slaughterhouses on the Mexican border.

Ayache was indicted in March on charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States and tampering with evidence.

Ayache was running Three Angels Farm in 2012 when two different horse trailers from the company had serious accidents on Middle Tennessee interstates.

Three Angels Farm was ordered to cease operations on June 28, 2012, after investigators found numerous safety violations.

We need to make them toe the line, and if they get caught then make sure they pay for it . It is not right a paper does nothing if we don’t make them pay for the deed they have done….If I was wrong I would have to pay…
Stay on the lookout and report it and follow up on it .
