1. Sponsoring Members' Area
a. Your Sponsoring Membership Account
Your membership account is
supported by CCBill.
Log in to CCBill's Customer Service
page to view your billing history, cancel your subscription,
reset the account password or to update your credit card information.
You use the same
username and password as
for logging into
the members' area here.
b. Increase your Current Level of Giving Sponsoring Members currently giving through CCBill can increase their monthly donations in two different ways:
- Add another specified debit amount Visit the Become a Member page in the Members' Area and subscribe to a specified donation. Doing so will cause your account (assuming you use the same account) to be debited twice, once for the original signup amount and once for the second donation amount.
- Cancel your initial membership donation and sign up for a new one Canceling your initial membership would allow you to create only one debit from your account. To cancel a recurring account, the member can enter the subscription id or by login information below. You can then rejoin by choosing an increased, recurring donation amount on the "Become a Sponsoring Member" page.
A nonrecurring account does not need to be canceled since the full debit was taken upon signup. The account will still be scheduled to expire at the required time.
- One-time Donation To make a one-time, non-member related donation, please view our available one-time donation options.
c. Cancel your Recurring Sponsoring Membership You can cancel your recurring subscription by visiting Customer Service at CCBill. Your credit card will no longer be billed.
d. Forgot your
Sponsoring Membership password? If you are having trouble logging into the
membership area because you forgot your password, please click here.
e. Long-standing member exceptions If you are a
long-standing member,
you may still get billed
through our previous
partnership with iPAY.
