President’s budget proposes horse slaughter ban

Although some may think this part of the budget might be dropped, it won’t. All this does is maintain slaughter as it has been since 2007. No horses have been saved, no changes made. It takes passing the SAFE Act to bring a halt to those who enjoy killing horses for fun and profit. ~ Full Article
