An “Awwww So Cute” moment …Baby and horse…and the fiddle!
Lauri Barr, the winner of the Habitat for Horses Spring 2014 Photo Contest, sent us some lovely photos. The winning photo showed her horse Rhiannon greeting her yet-to-be born grandson Levi. Very adorable. Levi was born during the photo contest, so as a special gift to us, Lauri sent us photos of her grandson Levi, her prize (the fiddle signed by Charlie Daniel), and her horse Rhiannon. (this story has been updated with a correction – Levi is Lauri’s grandson…not her son!)
Thank you, Lauri Barr!
Introducing Levi! With Rhiannon (doesn’t she look protective!) and the fiddle!
Thank you Lauri for the photos! And, once again, thank you to everyone who participated in our Spring 2014 Habitat for Horses photo contest! Your donations will go towards rehabilitating and rehoming abused and neglected horses. Click here if you wish to donate now.
Habitat for Horses is a 501.c.3 nonprofit equine protection organization supported solely by donations. We have around 200 donkeys and horses under our care, plus one ornery, old mule. Most of them are here because law enforcement removed them from their previous owner. Our ability to rehabilitate and rehome them comes from the financial support of people like you. Please support us by making a donation for the horses we all serve. Click HERE to donate
