Temperament: Spencer is very sweet but a typical energetic TB. He is an extremely handsome tall dark brown gelding with a beautiful white thin blaze. He has lots of energy. He is bored to distraction and needs a job and daily attention.

Physical problems / health issues: His left eyelid was surgically removed by a previous owner. It doesn’t bother him, but he will need his face wiped off regularly and he likes to wear his fly mask for protection.

Interaction with horses: Spencer is very easy going and gets along with both mares and geldings. He is not dominant or aggressive.

Interaction with people: Very approachable and easy to handle. Spencer loves attention and will follow you around the pasture. He loves to be hosed off on hot days.

History: Part of a seizure. He was extremely underweight when he arrived. He was fostered and then adopted, but unfortunately was seized again. He is healthy again and is ready to have someone give him a forever home.

Training / abilities: Spencer's prior training is unknown. He has a tattoo on his upper lip so he was a race horse at one time. 

Experience level required to work with this horse: The adopter should have some knowledge of caring for older horses in regards to feeding, regular vet checks, etc. Spencer is a very easy horse to take care of.

Has this horse ever: Bucked? No. Reared? No. Kicked? No. Bitten? Yes, Spencer can get a little greedy trying to get to his treats. We have worked on this and he has been behaving very well. Other? N/A
