Temperament: Pantera is very gentle.

Physical problems / health issues: She was cut prior to arrival on the right hind ankle. Very infected and sore. Update: Nov. 12 - The injury is healing well with water treatment. The swelling has gone down some. The ankle may always be larger than normal. The cut is getting smaller and healing quite nicely. She is not limping much anymore, a little after the treatments and then it seems to disappear. She also runs around the pasture just fine. 

Interaction with horses: Pantera is not aggressive. She is extremely bonded with Sojourner who she was seized with.

Interaction with people: Very gentle and loving.

History: Seized due to neglect.

Training / abilities: Unknown.

Experience level required to work with this horse: Beginner on the ground.

Other comments: We will be giving Pantera several months to heal from her injury. There is internal damage as a result of the infection. Once she has completely healed we will assess her riding abilities. She would be a great addition to any family with her personality alone.
