It’s the Holiday Season! Just a couple of more days before Santa arrives with all his goodies in tow. Our staff and volunteers are as busy as Santa’s elves. There are several new arrivals – horses and donkeys rescued from starvation, neglect and abuse coming into the HfH Ranch. They will be enjoying a safe Christmas – their bellies filled, their medical needs taken care of. Plenty of folks who read our website articles, Facebook and Twitter posts may be home tomorrow getting ready for Christmas, so I wanted to give an early shout-out to all those at the HFH ranches who will be working this holiday. It is a labor of love for the folks who go out and care for these horses – but labor nonetheless. They are appreciated by the horses, burros, minis and yes the HfH Supporters.
